Everyone starts with a No Sweat Intro. This is a one-on-one consultation where you’ll sit down with one of our expert coaches to discuss your goals, fitness history, and the best path forward for you. We take this step to ensure every new member is set up for success-whether you choose to join our small group training program or prefer the individualized attention of 1-on-1 coaching. Our goal is to create an environment that supports your journey, giving you the structure, guidance, and community needed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel your best.

Whether you choose 1-on-1 training or our small group training program, we recommend that all new members go through our short On-Ramp experience. This ensures that you have a solid foundation in proper movement mechanics before jumping into full sessions. During this phase, our coaches will take you through fundamental movements like squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling-helping you develop strength, confidence, and great technique. You’ll receive plenty of hands-on coaching and one-on-one attention, so that by the time you join our classes, you’ll feel prepared, move efficiently, and get the most out of every session. We’re here to make sure you hit the ground running-safely, effectively, and with confidence.

At MVMT Strength, we offer a training experience you won’t find at big-box gyms. Our small group classes (max 14 people) ensure individualized coaching so you never feel lost in the crowd. We combine strength training, conditioning, and mobility work in a way that’s thoughtfully programmed for long-term progress. We also provide 1-on-1 personal training for those who want a fully customized experience. Our separate training spaces allow us to run group sessions and personal training simultaneously, so you always get the attention and coaching you need. Our facility is conveniently situated near public transit routes and plenty of local amenities, so whether you’re coming from work, school, or home, getting here is simple.
Yes! Even though we’re located downtown, we have ample parking around our facility. We offer a few designated parking spots for members at the backside of the gym, and there is also plenty of free parking directly in front of our gym. Additionally, Ann Street, just seconds away, provides even more free parking options, making it easy and convenient to access MVMT Strength.
