I feel incredibly grateful for the life I live.
Every day, I wake up with a clear head. I have the energy to run a business, chase after my son, do tough workouts, and take on challenges that genuinely excite me. I feel strong. Confident. Capable. And I owe so much of that—not to luck—but to consistently living a healthy lifestyle for years.
Strength training and conditioning have been the backbone of my routine for a long time, and honestly, they’ve shaped every other part of my life for the better.
So when I hear people say they’re always tired… when they feel sluggish just walking up the stairs… when their back hurts from sitting too long or they avoid playing with their kids because they don’t have the energy — it hits me hard. Because I know they don’t have to feel that way.
That’s exactly why I got into this business.
You don’t open a gym to get rich (spoiler alert: it’s not the move if billionaire status is your goal 😂). You do it because you genuinely care about helping people. You want to see lives changed.
That’s what MVMT Strength is here for.
We’re not just a gym. Our mission at MVMTS is to educate and empower people in our city to live healthier, stronger, more fulfilling lives. Whether it’s through strength training, proper movement, nutrition coaching, or mindset—we’re committed to helping people feel their best, in and out of the gym.
If you can fit MVMTS into your life and budget, I’ll say it straight: joining us can change your life. And not in a hype-y “lose 10 pounds fast” kind of way. But in a long-term, sustainable, life-altering way.
And if MVMTS isn’t doable right now? I still got you.
Maybe you’ve got three kids at home and can only squeeze in a 40-minute workout. Maybe you’re not ready for a gym or it’s just not in the cards financially right now. That’s exactly why we put out so much free content across different platforms—so no matter where you are, you can still get support, guidance, and momentum:
- If you love reading, this blog is for you.
- If you’re into podcasts, we have The Movement Podcast where we talk about real stuff: fitness trends, nutrition, mindset, and more.
- If you like quick videos or workouts, follow us on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Want to chat or ask questions? Our free Facebook community is open to everyone.
- Prefer to move in person? Every Wednesday at 5:30 PM, we host a free interval run or ruck walk. It’s built for all levels, and we’ve helped people go from their first 5K all the way up to a marathon.
- We also run pop-up classes throughout the month—from ladies-only workouts to outdoor strength sessions.
And one of the newest (and most meaningful) things we’ve started is called Yard Work.
It’s a free bi-weekly men’s-only workout, built to help guys reconnect with their strength—physically and mentally. We do things like hill sprints, sandbag carries, sled pushes—functional movements that challenge you and build real grit. There’s no ego, no mirrors, no pressure. Just a bunch of men trying to be better for themselves and their families. Because the reality is: men struggle too. And we need a space that reminds us it’s okay to lean in and work on ourselves.
Everything we do is guided by one big mission:
We want to make London a healthier city. Period.
That means showing up for people, creating accessible options, and building a community that lifts each other up. And while we work our asses off to create as much value as we can, the truth is—we can’t do it alone.
If you’ve ever gotten value from what we share—if a podcast episode helped you shift your mindset, or a workout made you feel strong, or a nutrition tip helped you fuel better—please share it.
Tell a friend about us. Invite someone to a run club. Tag us when you try something new.
That’s how we create a ripple effect.
And if you’re already part of the MVMTS community—thank you. You are the heart of this thing. If you’re not yet, but you’re ready to make a change—we’re here when you are.
Let’s keep pushing to make London stronger, together.
