We start everyone with a 4-week kickstart—not to test the waters, but to build momentum and show you what’s possible.

- It gives us time to help you start seeing meaningful progress.
We’re not talking about crash diets or 20-pound drops followed by burnout.
We’re talking about real, measurable change—the kind that builds confidence and shows you your long-term goals are within reach.
Step 2: Laying the Foundation
Your journey starts with a focused onboarding process where we map out exactly where you’re starting and what success will look like for you. Here’s what that includes:
- InBody scan to track body composition (tracks muscle gain and fat loss so we know what’s working)
- Measurements and photos to capture progress
- Goal setting and scheduling of all sessions in the first 4 weeks
- A clear, personalized game plan to move you forward
We don’t guess. We gather the data, understand your goals, and then create a custom plan that sets you up to succeed.
What Every Member Gets: Structure + Guidance

You’ll follow a plan that is:

Whether in a 1-on-1 or group setting, every session includes expert coaching. We:
- Brief the workout so you know what’s ahead
- Demonstrate movements so you do them correctly
- Coach you throughout to ensure safety and progress
- Motivate and support you to get the most out of every session
You’re never left on your own. You’ll have a coach beside you every step of the way.
Built-In Accountability
Results don’t come from good intentions—they come from follow-through. That’s why we bake accountability into everything we do:
- Appointment-based training so you have a commitment to show up
- Attendance tracking to celebrate milestones and consistency
- Goal reviews to make sure your effort is paying off
We sit down with you at weeks 4, 8, and 12, and then every quarter after that, to evaluate progress, adjust the plan, and keep you moving forward. If something’s not working—we fix it. Because your success is our priority.
